MEET THE TEAM
Don Jordan has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from RPI and a PhD in Aerospace Engineering from UT Austin. He worked for the University of Virginia in various teaching and research capacities for a number of years with a focus on flow and thermal systems. In 2015, he left academia and founded Dojo Research & Consulting, where he currently leads the company and performs consulting on both experiments and simulations of flow and thermal systems.

Alexa Borden joined Dojo Research as a Mechanical Engineer after completing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Virginia. She specializes in mechatronics systems, which combine mechanical and electrical knowledge to actuate designs. Additionally, Alexa has expertise in both 3D CAD modeling as a Certified Soliworks Associate and prototyping with her knowledge of 3D printing and fabrication.

Ben Grady joined Dojo Research in January 2019 as a Mechanical Engineering Technician. Ben has expertise in 3D printing, mechanical prototyping and in building thermoelectric assemblies. Ben developed company capability in photorealistic rendering and animation using Blender to provide product rendering to clients. Ben has created photorealistic renderings and animations of aircraft concepts, electrical equipment and polarized transition sunglasses.
BEN GRADY

Brenda Harris joined us after retiring from the Department of Defense as a Program Manager. She obtained her M.A. in Computer Resources and Information Management and received her Project Management Professional certification. She brings over 15 years of project management experience across a wide variety of engineering disciplines. Brenda works with our staff on budgeting and various other aspects of managing our engineering projects.

With over two decades experience working in a variety of roles and industries, Monique brings expertise in revenue growth, building and launching successful software products through creating and delivering strategic product vision, leading diverse distributed teams, and focusing on user experience and process efficiency.
